Updating my blog

Some awesome pictures- not best quality but we were having fun:
Jaxon
Jett
Kaitlyn

So, it's been a little while since I've posted! There is so much I could post on, the end of summer, the beginning of fall, halloween, thanksgiving, and Christmas, family and friends. But that task seems a little too daunting so I'm going to write about some of my favorite things that are current. These are random and out of order!

1. Muppet treasure island (one of the funniest movies in the world)
2. robes- Josh got me this soft yellow one and I'm wearing it right now. I love robes. I really do.
3. My sister makes up funny words like jiggle-bot to describe her after-christmas cookie eating body (she's no jiggle-bot though)
4. working out with friends
5. vibram toe shoes and running in them because they make my calfs sore in a good way!
6. blowing raspberries/ making fart noises to distract them from their tantrum- it works it makes everyone laugh
7. reading scriptures and wanting to read more
8. people that are kind just because they have tender hearts
9. Josh slapping my butt (it's like were on a baseball team together and it's his way of saying thank you, go team WATT!)

I know posting ten things would make sense but when do I ever make sense? It's pretty rare, so, enjoy

Halloween 2011

Here are some pictures of Halloween! We had a fun Halloween this year. I have been the Primary President since July and got my first BIG assignment, plan the Halloween Trunk o' treat. We stayed up the night before to make a huge spiderweb on the ceiling (Amy and I got a bit tipsy, it was great). So many people came and it totally shocked me- we did not totally plan for so many people. We had a chili cook-off, costume contest and a hay ride. We also had a mother's group party! Here is Desmond, Jaxon, Jett, Hayden, and Krew.

Our neighbors Nick, Christie, Brooklyn and Parker Craft went treak o' treating with us. Nick played halloween music on his ipod to make things real festive! The kids really enjoyed knocking on doors... too much. All the kids were pretty whiny toward the end of the night!

We also went to SCO on Halloween to see all the decorated exam rooms. Kaitlyn saw a student dressed as Jasmine and thought she was looking at the real thing (her costume was very convincing). She also got to see Cinderella which made her day!

Jett's First Birthday

I cannot believe my baby is already 1! He has been such an Angel. I love getting to see his personality come through a little more each day. He is Happy. He is rarely sad or grumpy. He started walking and is becoming quite the pro. I feel like I had him yesterday but I guess my perspective of time is a little off.

My mom and he boyfriend Ted came to visit. It was so fun having them here. We ate ribs and bbq nachos at "Corkys" and visited the Dixon Art museum! It was fun seeing the artwork and the gardens were beautiful. We went down town and rode the trolley and enjoyed a beautiful day together. We also, visited the botanical gardens and of course fed their gigantic Coy fish. It was a fun visit and I was so grateful to have my mom their for Jett's birthday!

The Good ole' Summer

Summer time is my favorite time of the year. It always has been my favorite time. I love hearing the sound of sprinklers, lawn mowers and I love swimming. There is a freedom that comes with summer! I don't know why I feel that way because my schedule doesn't change and Josh's doesn't change that much either but the weather and the different summer activities just make me as happy as a kid (or me) in a candy store (okay change that to a fresh bakery). Oh and we were so lucky to have had family and friends come and visit but stay tuned more posting is in my future.
Here are some fun pictures to describe our awesome summer in go ol' Mississippi!

Botanical garden! we love this place!

The First baseball game of the Season for the Watts

An Awesome Super Hero Party for our great friend Krew! My friend threw an awesome party!

The Children's Museum Splash Party

My kids always take the best pictures!
We love Zoo Members Night! They have free rides and the kids were so brave and pretty much tried them all!

Southaven had a Family Day at Central Park! They had a petting Zoo, Jump Houses, Free Food and a magic show. They also had Fire trucks and a helicopter. Josh told me they were going to offer free rides and I of course believed him for a second! It was cool to see the helicopter take off, the kids loved it!

I was in charge of our Ward Pioneer Day Parade! It was simple but pretty Fun! The kids decorated their bikes.

My kids LOVE boxes! This box was a Theatre for a puppet show, a space and now a peace of Modern Art! Gotta love Boxes.
